Operations & Delivery Associate

Full-Time | Langley, BC

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing local honey company looking for a reliable, hands-on Operations & Delivery Associate to support daily fulfillment, deliveries, and in-store operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in doing things properly, and is looking for stable, long-term work with room to grow. This is a key position in the business, and once trained, you’ll be trusted to work independently and handle real responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Packing and preparing honey orders accurately and efficiently
- Completing local deliveries to wholesale and retail customers
- Assisting with day-to-day in-store operations at the Honey Shop
- Receiving, organizing, and managing inventory
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and productive workspace




- Supporting general operations as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable with physical work (lifting boxes, standing, moving inventory)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or food production is an asset but not required.

Schedule

- Full-time, 5 days per week
- Typical shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
- Some flexibility required during busy periods
