We operate with a serious mindset toward quality, accountability, and execution. As our project pipeline continues to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager to help build the operational structure that supports that growth.

The Role The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the company runs efficiently across operations, internal systems, and financial tracking while supporting the ownership team in executing the company’s priorities.

This role works directly alongside the company owners and helps ensure the business operates with clear structure, accountability, and strong operational discipline.

You will be responsible for building systems, improving processes, coordinating internal execution, and supporting financial oversight so projects and company operations run smoothly.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to growing organizations and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Systems & Process Management

- Develop and maintain internal systems, SOPs, checklists, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Improve internal workflows across project management, administration, and financial tracking
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve operational performance
- Ensure internal documentation and operational procedures are consistently followed

Project & Company Execution

- Track progress across active construction projects and internal initiatives
- Coordinate internal communication between ownership, project managers,



and administrative staff
- Monitor timelines, deliverables, and operational milestones
- Identify roadblocks early and resolve issues before they impact project timelines

Financial Oversight & Bookkeeping

- Support the company’s accounting and bookkeeping functions
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with project cost tracking
- Assist with budget tracking, invoices, payables, and financial reporting
- Work with ownership and external accountants to ensure accurate financial reporting

Team Coordination & Accountability

- Support employee management and performance tracking
- Delegate tasks and ensure follow-through on operational priorities
- Maintain clarity around responsibilities and expectations across the team
- Help create a culture of accountability and disciplined execution

Strategic Support

- Work directly with ownership to execute company initiatives and operational improvements
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team development as the company grows
- Take ownership of internal projects that improve how the business operates

Qualifications

Requirements

- Experience in operations management, construction administration, or business operations
- Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Experience with budget tracking, financial reporting, or cost management
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain operational clarity
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with business software (Google Workspace, project management tools, accounting software)





Preferred

- Experience working in construction, real estate development, or property development
- Familiarity with construction project coordination and cost tracking
- Experience implementing operational systems or internal processes

Non-Negotiables

This role requires someone who:

- Is highly organized and detail oriented
- Has working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
- Is comfortable holding people accountable and following up on tasks
- Can manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
- Communicates clearly and professionally

What Success Looks Like

Within the first 6–12 months, the Operations Manager will:

- Implement clear operational systems and documentation
- Improve visibility across project progress, budgets, and company priorities
- Ensure accounting and financial processes run smoothly
- Strengthen internal accountability and team coordination
- Help build a structured operational foundation for company growth

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based bonuses tied to company and project performance
- Direct exposure to company leadership and decision-making
- Opportunity to grow into a senior operational leadership role as the company expands
