Wild Flour Pizza Co. is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to support and oversee operations across our restaurant locations in the Lower Mainland.

Location: 3050 Gladwin Rd, Abbotsford, BC, with regular travel between restaurant locations

Employment: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: $85,000 per year

Responsibilities

- Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profitability
- Evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Monitor revenues and labour costs
- Monitor staff performance
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Recruit, supervise and train staff
- Conduct employee performance reviews
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Lead and instruct employees
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Supervise 5–10 employees across various areas of responsibility
- Travel between Wild Flour Pizza Co. locations as required

Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
- Food Safety Certificate




- Experience with MS Excel and MS Office
- Experience with point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership, organization and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace and under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Client-focused, dependable and reliable
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel regularly between locations

Work Environment This is an on-the-road position supporting various restaurant locations. Frequent travel is required. Travel expenses and mileage are paid by the employer.

The position involves a combination of sitting, standing and walking and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
