An excellent prospect to join our NHS ophthalmology team, providing specialist care acrossNeuro-Ophthalmology and Strabismus. The successful candidate will assess and manage patients with complex neuro-ophthalmic and ocular motility disorders, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care.

Main Responsibilities

- Deliver specialist Neuro-Ophthalmology and Strabismus clinics and patient care.
- Assess, investigate, diagnose and manage complex neuro-ophthalmic and ocular motility conditions.
- Participate in diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical services as required.
- Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Contribute to teaching, training, clinical governance, audit, research and service development.
- Support quality improvement and the continued development of the specialist service.
- Participate in the on‑call rota and other duties in line with service requirements.
