: Recall Receptionist

Duties: Recall duties for a busy optometric practice

Ideal candidate will be giving intensive training with our sophisticated emr system.

Candidate must have excellent computer skills attentive to detail and have exceptional good work ethics

This position must be filled immediately .

Must have AI experience

- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Knowledge of emergency response procedures (ER) is a plus

Experience:
