In this full-time role, you will take charge of the inspection department, guiding a team to uphold Clutch's standards. Your leadership will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of vehicle preparations for retail. This position blends management skills with hands-on automotive knowledge to ensure excellence in our inspection process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily inspection department operations
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members
• Ensure vehicles meet quality standards for retail
• Manage diagnostic processes and repair recommendations
• Track KPIs to improve operational performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–7 years in automotive; 3 years in leadership
• Understanding of inspections, diagnostics, and quality standards
• Preference for 310S License or equivalent experience
• Solid leadership and communication abilities
• Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
