At this time, only local candidates will be considered.In the role you will:Supervise and mentor a team of carpenters on-siteEnsure top-quality workmanship and safety standardsHandle interior finishesWork closely with site leadership and trades to maintain project flow and efficiency.Lead construction on projects and ensuring that construction goals are achieved and meet or exceed client expectationsProduce work that results in an exceptional client experienceEnsure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings, and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standardsWork with the project team to meet milestones and completion dates according to the established project scheduleProvide clear direction to those team members you’re leading, to ensure project targets are achievedAttend and providing input at project meetings and ensuring that information is transmitted to those on your teamAssess the target production goal, then establishing a team workflow while executing the plan to achieve itSupport staff through coaching and team huddlesEfficiently and safely usethe relevant tools and equipment needed to produce the various assemblies for the projectSupport and maintain healthy,
