We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our Edmonton team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, building customer relationships, and driving business growth. The area of responsibility includes Edmonton and surrounding small towns and rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to grow sales and customer satisfaction
- Promote New Metador’s parts and services to customers through regular visits and follow-ups
- Prospect and cold-call potential customers in Edmonton and surrounding towns
- Collaborate with the Parts & Service departments to support customer needs and improve performance
- Maintain a customer call cycle (minimum one visit per month per customer)




- Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and industry developments
- Record all sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM/database
- Provide feedback to management on competitive products, pricing, and market trends
- Work with management to achieve budget targets and implement new sales strategies
- Maintain company vehicle, including cleanliness, inventory, and scheduled maintenance
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- 2–3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in heavy truck/trailer parts or service
- Strong knowledge of transportation parts and related industry operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a professional, positive attitude
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
- Journeyman/Red Seal in Parts or Service considered an asset
- Comfortable traveling regularly within Edmonton and nearby small towns (mostly returning home daily)

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
