Role Description The Outside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Vancouver A, BC. This role is responsible for identifying and visiting prospective clients, presenting cleaning service solutions, and building strong relationships with residential, commercial, and strata property stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, assessing client needs, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating service agreements, and following up on leads to close new business.

The specialist will maintain regular contact with existing accounts, respond to service queries, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure services align with client expectations.



The role also involves tracking sales activities, meeting revenue targets, and representing the company at local events or industry networking opportunities.

Qualifications

- Robust Sales and Account Management skills to identify opportunities, build pipelines, and grow client relationships.
- Field Service experience to conduct on-site assessments, understand cleaning service requirements, and liaise effectively with operations teams.
- Customer Service skills to address client inquiries, manage expectations, and support long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Training abilities to educate clients on service options and support internal teams with product and service knowledge.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in an on-site, client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel within Metro Vancouver A, BC.
- Previous experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or related industries is an asset.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, sales, or a related field is an advantage.
