Responsibilities

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments with precision and efficiency
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment following established procedures
- Operate equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy or bulk items when necessary
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the fulfillment area to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are properly displayed and accessible
- Perform cashiering duties at the shipping station, including processing labels and verifying orders




- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment as needed

Requirements

- Prior experience in retail sales, warehousing, or fulfillment environments is preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required (training available)
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse team members and customers
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy setting
- Willingness to work overnight shifts consistently and adapt to changing priorities
