About the RoleClutch is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Business Operations team. You will drive key operational and strategic initiatives across the business, working closely with the VP of Strategy & Business Operations and executive leadership. This role requires a self‑motivated, analytical, and hands‑on operator who can navigate complex, ambiguous challenges while driving measurable business impact.What You’ll DoDrive the operating rhythm of the business, including preparing presentations for executive, board, and internal meetings, and managing organizational communicationLeverage data to generate insights and support strategic recommendations; build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and performanceBuild consensus among leadership across Operations, Marketing, Revenue, Supply, and Product to push forward strategic initiativesExecute special projects including new product launches, margin expansion, and operational optimizationForecast and plan company-wide objectives, analyze strategic rationale, and assess P&L impact of business initiativesWhat We’re Looking For2+ years in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development, or 3+ years in a high‑growth technology company in BizOps, Strategic Finance, or StrategyStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL,
