Responsibilities

- Safely operate your own commercial truck to transport freight across Washington and Oregon, adhering to all federal and state transportation regulations.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns, including basic automotive repairs if required.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, including bills of lading, delivery logs, and inspection reports.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delivery schedules,



or any issues encountered on the road.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies to promote a protected working environment for yourself and others.

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) for heavy trucks operating in WA/OR.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and securing loads for transit.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and basic automotive repair skills is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations related to commercial transportation and heavy equipment use.
