The Western Paint and Wallcovering Company, supplier to the paint industry for over 118 years now, is seeking a Paint and Wallpaper Sales Associate.

Position involves greeting customers and helping them with their paint and wallcovering needs, working with commercial and retail customers, tinting paint and stain products, putting away stock, matching colours, ensuring the store and equipment is clean and tidy, answering phones and emails, answering questions about products we sell, processing sales transactions and taking various forms of payment, maintaining accurate colour formulas, and stocking shelves. Position also involves standing for long periods, crouching, kneeling, and occasionally lifting heavy loads.

Knowledge of paint, painting process, and wallpaper an asset. Experience with paint tinting required.

Store Hours

Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm

Saturday – 8am to 4pm

On Site Parking available.

Starting Wage - $18 to $20 per hour

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
