Responsibilities

· Completion of interior and exterior painting/power washing projects in Grey & Bruce Counties including Owen Sound, Southampton, Port Elgin, Kincardine, and other areas in these counties.

· Delivery of an extraordinary experience to our customers.

· Communicate with the customer, office and others in the business as required in a timely manner.

Qualifications

· Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company desirable.





· Experience planning of a painting project or other relevant projects to ensure customer satisfaction and a job completed on budget.

· Experience with all application techniques and equipment including spray applications.

· Great written and verbal communication skills.

· Knowledge of how to address issues with customers, staff, vendors and supervisor.

· Ability to independently solve problems.

· Great time management skills

Requirements

· High school diplome or GED

· Minimum of five to ten years of professional painting experience, verifiable through references. Minimum five years experience in new home construction painting. Knowledge of stain application, wallpaper installation and airless spray equipment.
