YOUR ROLE:

You will actively contribute to the team’s various projects while serving in an advisory capacity to firm members to support decision-making and the achievement of objectives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a point of reference for compliance programs;
- Identifying conflicts of interest:
- Establishing ethical walls;
- Analyzing information in accordance with regulations and policies;
- Applying compliance procedures in various situations;
- Contributing to compliance-related projects.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- College or university studies in law or any other field related to the position;




- Experience in a similar role within a professional services environment, an asset;
- Good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
- Thoroughness, attention to detail, proactivity, and analytical mindset;
- Discretion, respect for confidentiality, and sound judgment;
- Strong communication skills and excellent client service orientation;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
