We are seeking a passionate, fashion-forward Bridal Stylist to join our team and help continue our legacy of exceptional service and unforgettable experiences.

The Role

As a Bridal Stylist, you are the trusted guide between a bride’s vision and her reality. You will work one-on-one with brides and their guests to create a personalized, confidence-boosting, and celebratory shopping experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves fashion, and is energized by helping people feel their absolute best.

What You’ll Do

- Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every bride and guest
- Build genuine rapport and lasting relationships with clients
- Listen intentionally to understand each bride’s vision, style, and budget
- Provide expert styling advice on gowns, accessories, fit, and bridal trends
- Take accurate measurements and complete order documentation professionally
- Manage appointments, phone inquiries, and follow-ups with exceptional etiquette
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems




- Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inspiring boutique environment
- Assist with in-store events, trunk shows, and promotional activities
- Support teammates and contribute positively to a collaborative culture

Who You Are

- Passionate about bridal fashion, trends, and fabrics
- Energetic, personable, and confident in styling and sales
- A strong communicator who leads with empathy, authenticity, and professionalism
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends (weekends required)
- Motivated to meet sales goals and build a loyal clientele
- A team player who takes pride in contributing to a small independent business

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in retail sales (bridal or high-end fashion preferred)
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Robust customer service and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with POS systems and basic cash handling
- Knowledge of garment fit and fabric is an asset
