Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant The main goal of a Front Desk Receptionist/Chiropractic Assistant in our office is to provide exceptional customer service for our patients, help the practitioners to have a seamless flow when going from one appointment to the next, and maintaining a well-organized and clean space within the clinic.

We are looking for someone who is motivated and works well individually as well as in team settings. You will be working alongside our clinic manager, with some independent shifts where you will be responsible to handle the front desk and complete your assigned tasks.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

o Preparing the clinic for the practitioners' day o Answering phones and calling referrals o Creating and maintaining patient profiles o Booking new patient appointments o Checking in and scheduling patients o Collecting payments o Laundry and various cleaning duties (ie. sweeping, swiffering, vacuuming, etc.)

Closing duties include but are not limited to:





o Wiping down treatment tables o Removing laundry from treatment spaces o Replacing cloths in each room o Sweeping floors, swiffering as needed

o Monday 9:30am-1:30pm o Tuesday 2:30pm-6:30pm o Wednesday 9:30am -1:30pm o Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm

These are estimated hours, but we are looking for the availability to cover each of these shifts.

Experience with Jane is considered an asset, but is not a requirement.
