Job Overview A progressive , leading edge Storage Facility is seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our location in Strathroy. The ideal candidate will have a blend of administrative, customer service, and property management skills to excel in this role.

Responsibilities

- Manage tenant relations including addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Conduct property viewings and lease signings
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease agreements
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
- Utilize database software for property management tasks
- Develop skilled relationship within the community to promote Facility- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed

Skills

- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong ability to organize files and perform data entry accurately,



experience with Microsoft Office and Database Software
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Familiarity with office operations and administrative tasks

-Skilled in negotiation techniques for lease agreements and vendor contracts Flexibility to work weekends as required and a valid Drivers License a must!
