Guardian Radiology is seeking a temporary part-time Medical Office Assistant to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in Canmore. This is a 1-year term position with the possibility of extension or transition into a permanent role, and is at a guaranteed 3 days (22.5 hours) per week, with the potential of additional hours for vacation and sick coverage.

What You’ll Do

- Greet and check in patients,



creating a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries as needed
- Manage patient requisitions and medical correspondence (fax/email)
- Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments efficiently
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records

What We’re Looking For

- Strong computer skills and quick adaptability to new software
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can also work independently
- MOA Certification or equivalent experience is an asset, but not required
