MM PHYSIO Downsview is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA) to join our clinic. This is currently a part-time position of approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the clinic continues to grow.

The successful candidate will assist physiotherapists with prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs, help patients during their treatments, prepare treatment areas and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment. The position will also involve welcoming patients, answering phone calls and emails, scheduling and confirming appointments, processing payments, maintaining patient information,



and supporting the daily operation of the clinic.

Experience with Jane App is strongly preferred, particularly for appointment scheduling, patient records, and general clinic administration. Previous front-desk or reception experience in a healthcare or physiotherapy clinic is an asset.
