Your primary focus will be on strengthening safety initiatives while managing the Community Safety Team. You will participate in strategic planning, support emergency responses, and develop meaningful community relationships. The position requires operational oversight to ensure compliance with public safety policies and effective communication with collaborative partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the community safety team effectively
• Implement community safety procedures and best practices
• Support incident responses and safety initiatives




• Monitor community intelligence and safety communications
• Maintain comprehensive operational documentation
Requirements:
• 6–7 years experience or equivalent background
• Robust analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and public safety practices
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Valid BC Driver’s License and travel capability
