Duties

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative HR sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, lead generation, and research to identify potential candidates in bilingual markets
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Engage in talent acquisition activities including leveraging social media platforms like Salesforce or UltiPro for candidate engagement




- Support employee relations initiatives by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process

Requirements

- Fluency in both English and French with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in recruiting, human resources sourcing, or talent acquisition roles
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday
- Strong negotiation skills and experience conducting interviews effectively
- Ability to research and identify potential candidates through various channels including cold calling and lead generation techniques
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records
