Required Availability: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and Mondays

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Part‑Time Retail Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer‑focused, comfortable in a fast‑paced retail environment, and passionate about pets and their wellbeing.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
- Assist customers with nutrition questions and product selection
- Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock shelves, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising
- Receive and organize inventory




- Support in‑store events and community initiatives as needed

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable learning about pet nutrition and product benefits
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work required shifts
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Experience

- Retail experience, comfortable with a POS
- Pet industry or animal handling experience
- Interest in pet nutrition and wellness
