Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed to support team operations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas,



service stations, and workstations in compliance with sanitation standards

Requirements

- Knowledge of KOREAN food or even Familiar with KOREAN cuisine
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to perform basic math for order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
- Basic understanding of food industry operations, serving techniques, and hospitality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism
