Ferrero is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to support their Canada Business Unit. This position requires a strong HR leader who will oversee critical HR functions such as employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. You will collaborate closely with local leadership teams, promoting a positive work culture and effectively managing the Employee Life Cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address and resolve employee relations issues for managers
• Conduct effective employee training and development sessions




• Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts for recent talent
• Maintain compliance with employment standards and regulations
• Monitor and enhance organizational culture initiatives
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required
• Prior experience in the CPG industry is beneficial
