Collaborating with team members and volunteers is key, as you will also lead small groups tailored to residents’ cognitive abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement individual-based Life Skills programs
• Engage residents in daily familiar routines
• Organize small group enrichment activities




• Review demographic information for tailored programming
• Ensure quality documentation of resident participation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in memory care
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Preferred experience in group activity leadership
• Must be 18 years of age or older
