The role involves a variety of responsibilities, such as assisting with medical examinations, administering vaccinations, and performing vital laboratory work. You will also help educate pet owners and ensure a safe workplace for both pets and staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in veterinary examinations and medical procedures
- Administer treatments and vaccinations as directed
- Monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures
- Conduct laboratory analyses like blood tests and cytology
- Educate pet owners on preventative care and recovery Requirements:
- Active RVT license or eligible for licensure
- Preferred experience in veterinary settings
