We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, cakes, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair, ensuring visual appeal for customers
- Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations




- Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of stock needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and offering recommendations when needed
- Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations

Experience

- Previous experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related culinary field is preferred
- Experience with cake decorating techniques is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in baking and food preparation
- Solid skills in pastry presentation, packaging, and maintaining cleanliness in a busy kitchen setting
