Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the administration of payroll processes and employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries, leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems and data analysis to optimize processes.
Your proactive approach will help foster a positive employee experience and support the organization’s strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Administer employee perks programs including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness initiatives in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and streamline workflows.
- Conduct data collection and analysis to identify payroll discrepancies or benefits issues; prepare reports for management review.
- Serve as a primary contact for employee questions related to payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and policy interpretation; communicate clearly and professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with external vendors such as ADP to resolve payroll or benefits issues promptly.
- Support recruiting efforts by coordinating onboarding activities related to payroll setup and benefits enrollment; assist in training & development initiatives for staff on system updates or process changes.
Skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platform, ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex payroll and benefits data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels and external vendors.
- Knowledge of human resources policies related to payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Negotiation skills for vendor management and resolving benefit-related disputes efficiently.
