CASS is on the lookout for compassionate and dependable Disability Support Workers who are passionate about supporting adults with disabilities in leading meaningful lives. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living skills, promoting community participation, and implementing Individual Support Plans. Your contribution will help individuals achieve independence and personal goals across community, residential, and day program supports.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support adults with disabilities in achieving personal goals
• Promote community inclusion and quality of life
• Assist with daily living and health-related needs
• Implement Individual Support Plans and maintain documentation
• Build positive relationships with clients and coworkers
Requirements:
• Education in Human Services or related field
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Satisfactory Police Information Check
• Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Adaptable, respectful, and committed to inclusion
