The Role:

The Office Lead is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, operational management and overall effectiveness of the office. The role ensures a high-performing, collaborative, and client-focused workplace that supports the firm’s strategic objectives, people agenda, and operational excellence standards.

The Office Lead acts as a key liaison between leadership, client service teams, and business support functions, driving consistency, engagement, operational efficiency and a positive employee experience across the office.

Responsibilities/ Requirements:

Office Leadership & Operations

• Oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation across multiple member firms

• Increase the overall local presence and positioning in Guyana

• Ensure the office environments reflects professional standards, culture and client experience expectations

• Lead and coordinate office-wide initiatives, operational priorities and administrative activities

• Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency

• Support business continuity, health and safety, facilities coordination and risk management activities

People Leadership & Culture

• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture aligned with the business

• Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to administrative and operational support teams

• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities and internal communications

• Partner with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, onboarding,



employee relations and talent initiatives

• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees across the office

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with Partners, Directors, Managers and support functions

• Collaborate across service lines to ensure effective communication and operational alignment

• Coordinate with regional and group-level teams on strategic initiatives and operational priorities

• Support leadership in implementing firm-wide policies, procedures and change initiatives

Client & External Experience

• Help ensure a professional and seamless experience for clients and visitors

• Support the coordination of internal and external events, meetings and stakeholder engagements

• Maintain high standards across office presentation, hospitality and service delivery

Financial & Administrative Oversight

• Assist with office budgeting, expense monitoring and vendor management

• Support procurement and facilities-related expenditure oversight

• Ensure operational activities are delivered within agreed budgets and timelines

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to firm policies, regulatory requirements and operational procedures





• Support risk management, confidentiality and data protection standards

• Coordinate office compliance activities where required

Experience:

• Significant experience in office management, operations, administration or business support leadership

• Experience within professional services, financial services or a corporate environment preferred

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

• Experience leading teams and driving operational improvements

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or a related field preferred

• Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous

To Note:

This role will require the successful candidate to work onsite in Guyana.

Full relocation and immigration support will be provided.
