Role: Pega QA Tester

Location – Mississauga, ON,

Work mode Hybrid(3 days office per week)

Key Responsibilities

- Test Planning & Execution: Design and execute detailed test plans, scenarios, and test cases for Pega case management, workflows, approvals, and user interface screens.
- Automation Development: Implement test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or BDD/Cucumber frameworks.
- Integration & API Testing: Validate inbound/outbound integrations, data mappings, and RESTful APIs tied to backend banking systems.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Identify, log, and track software bugs using Jira or ALM, collaborating closely with Pega developers for quick resolution.
- Quality Gate Enforcement: Act as a quality gatekeeper to ensure deliverables match strict banking workflows and regulatory requirements before production deployment.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 10+ years of overall QA or automation experience depending on seniority level (Analyst up to VP).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and scripting languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of CRM platforms, financial services workflows, or core banking infrastructure.
- Database Skills: Positive command of SQL and Oracle queries for backend data validation and test data conditioning.

Pay: $100.00-$130.00 per year
