The mission of the Organizational Change Management Department is to drive successful adoption of organizational change by empowering our people, building capability and maximizing the value of initiatives and delivering sustained outcomes. Aritzia is growing and our Organizational Change Management team is growing with it. Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in helping our people embrace new ways of working, ensuring business initiatives deliver their intended outcomes and long-term value.

Leveraging and championing Aritzia’s Organizational Change Management methodology, you will guide the development of strategic recommendations and solutions that drive readiness, engagement, adoption, and sustainability. With people at the heart of everything you do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia – while enjoying one yourself. Manager, Organizational Change Management, you will lead the team to: Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Establish and champion the best change management methodologies across the organization to minimize disruption to business and realize change success. Provide the right information, support and capabilities to enable and seamlessly implement the change. Manager, Organizational Change Management, has: Proven skills, certifications,



education and/or experience in Change Management, CCMP or other Change Management certifications.
