Take your Skills to the Next Shutdown - Now Hiring! Essential Responsibilities: Execute shutdown and turnaround rigging scopes Provide daily leadership, direction, and support to Journeyperson and Apprentice Ironworkers Forecast, coordinate, and oversee preventative maintenance requirements Ensure the safety of the crew, equipment, and work setting Adapting to changing priorities in a time-sensitive environment Daily paperwork and conduct daily toolbox talks Maintain high productivity and quality during extended shifts and compressed timelines Maintain and update maintenance schedules, tracking systems, and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective planning Coordinate and communicates with the other Foreman and Supervision to ensure the correct sequencing of operations Trains, supports,
and offers guidance to new employees Inspects work fronts regularly and ensures schedules are followed Qualifications: Registered Journeyperson Ironworker certification 3-5 years previous experience in a foreman role Proven experience in shutdowns, turnarounds, or outage maintenance in oil & gas or heavy industrial environments Experience working on time-sensitive, schedule-driven projects with shifting priorities Ability to work 10-12+ hour shifts, overtime, and consecutive days during shutdowns Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and procedural compliance Working Conditions: Travel provided Various shifts available Work in all weather conditions Weekly
