Responsibilities

- Focus on client retention and relationships
- Daily servicing of the client’s insurance requests and needs
- Writing recent inbound leads and referrals from inbound requests
- Processing applications & policy changes on the insurance company portals
- Respond to high volume of calls/emails in a timely manner
- Renewal reviews with clients and remarketing as necessary
- Providing claims advocacy when necessary

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years personal lines experience (brokerage preferred)
- Level 2 General Insurance License preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Working knowledge of EPIC
