Duties

- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote comfort and independence
- Support clients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs according to their preferences and dietary requirements
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces to ensure a safe and tidy environment
- Monitor clients’ health status by observing changes and reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
- Administer medication reminders or assistance as directed by healthcare providers




- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or concerns

Requirements

- Compassionate attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect genuinely with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation and task management
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility support, transfers, and light housekeeping tasks
- Reliable transportation or ability to travel between client locations as needed
- Prior experience in personal care or caregiving roles is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus; willingness to obtain necessary certifications if not already held
