Make a difference in Toronto as a Personal Support Worker with LOFT Community Services. Provide compassionate care and support to clients with mental health and addiction challenges in a specialized assisted living setting. As a Personal Support Worker (PSW), you will offer essential services to clients in our Specialized Assisted Living - Sherbourne program.

Your expertise will focus on client care while assisting with daily living activities, medication protocols, and emotional support. This onsite role ensures the safety and well-being of clients in a 24/7 staffed workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate support for clients’ health and well-being
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation




- Build respectful relationships promoting dignity and participation
- Manage behavioral and cognitive challenges with guidance
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate with team Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or related field
- Experience with vulnerable populations and mental health
- Knowledge of health conditions and medication administration
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
