Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with medical orders and legal guidelines
- Provide expert advice to healthcare providers on medication selection, interactions, and proper usage
- Counsel patients on medication regimens, potential side effects, and safety precautions to promote adherence
- Maintain meticulous records of medication dispensing, patient interactions, and inventory management




- Collaborate closely with medical staff to develop and review individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient responses to medications, adjusting therapy as needed for optimal results
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, medical terminology standards, and regulatory requirements related to pharmacy practice

Qualifications

- Valid pharmacist license or registration in the relevant jurisdiction
- Hospital experience or acute care experience highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration protocols
- Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety in quick-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
