Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Dispense prescription medications accurately in accordance with doctor’s orders and hospital protocols
- Provide expert consultation to healthcare professionals and patients regarding medication usage, potential interactions, and side effects
- Ensure compliance with all medical and pharmaceutical regulations, including proper documentation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with medical teams to develop and review medication plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed treatments, adjusting medication plans as necessary for optimal outcomes




- Educate patients and their families on medication management, especially in pediatric and acute care cases
- Maintain thorough knowledge of medical terminology, drug interactions, and current pharmaceutical practices to ensure safe medication administration

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist license in the relevant jurisdiction with current registration status
- Hospital experience preferred, with a strong background in acute care settings
- Experience working with pediatric patients highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional patient care with attention to detail and safety
- Solid understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations
- Proven skills in medication administration within a clinical environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and educate patients
