We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in pharmacy practice, with a focus on patient care, medication management, and clinical expertise. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing essential medication counseling, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Duties

- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying dosage, interactions, and contraindications.
- Provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients, explaining proper usage, potential side effects, and storage instructions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Monitor patient responses to prescribed medications and adjust treatments in accordance with medical directives.
- Maintain meticulous records of prescriptions, medication inventories, and patient interactions in compliance with legal standards.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to medication storage,



handling, and disposal.
- Educate patients and staff on medical terminology, medication administration procedures, and new pharmaceutical developments.
- Support hospital or clinical teams by participating in interdisciplinary rounds and contributing pharmacological expertise.

Requirements

- Valid pharmacist licensure with relevant regulatory authorities.
- Demonstrated experience working within pediatric or general patient care settings.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medication administration protocols, and pharmaceutical regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience with medication management systems and inventory control is advantageous.
