Overview

We are looking for someone who will provide customers with prompt, friendly, high quality customer service. The scope of this role includes filling prescriptions, serving as a liaison with patients, third party billing and providing support for clinical programs and expanded scope of pharmacy practice. It is also important to actively contribute to a positive environment for customers and coworkers.

- Provide customer service to exceed customer expectations
- Data entry of patient care information
- Third Party adjudication (if necessary)
- Accurate preparation of prescription medications
- General OTC enquiries from patients and referral to Pharmacist as required




- Handling customer prescription pick up
- Assisting with cashier responsibilities as required in the Pharmacy
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Committed to delivering excellence in customer service
- Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Hardworking
- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
