We're hiring a General Labourer to perform essential tasks in our manufacturing facility. This role is focused on practical hands-on responsibilities within a supportive team setting. Candidates for this position will be engaged in various physical tasks such as riveting, tapping, and machine operation.

You will maintain safety standards and ensure a clean work area while striving to meet production goals. On-the-job training is provided to help you enhance your skills and adapt to our processes effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents
- Conduct various tasks including drilling, shearing, and lathe operation
- Keep the workspace organized and equipment maintained
- Verify parts for quality assurance before QC inspections
- Ensure efficient output to meet cycle time standards Requirements:
- Capacity to lift 40-50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Reliable, hardworking, and trainable
- Ability to follow directions in English language
- Manufacturing experience is advantageous but not necessary
