We are seeking a full-time/part-time physiotherapists who can work at Innovation Physical therapy clinics . This position comes with a pleasing current caseload of MVA, WCB and private patients. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports , MVA, and work-related injury rehabilitation.
You will be supported by highly trained professionals and dedicated support staff committed to providing clinical excellence, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments and provide an overview of assessment, classification, and treatment to clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a wide range of clients including MVA, WCB and private clients.
- Work towards progressing the clients’ physical capabilities and enhancing lifestyle and well-being
- Promote positive relationships between clients, families, team members and community.
- Utilizing e-charting software to document treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Delegating treatment to Physiotherapy Assistants.
- Collaborating with the inter-qualified team at your clinic.
- Communicating with external stakeholders and client referral sources
- Managing caseload in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in Alberta
- You are passionate about your profession and committed to ongoing learning
