Be a pivotal part of NextStar Energy as a Project and Operating Engineer located in Windsor, Ontario. This role combines project oversight with operational responsibilities to drive efficiency and safety.

As a Project and Operating Engineer, you will manage daily workflow in the Solvent Recovery Plant, support production schedules, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Collaborating with various departments, you will enhance plant performance through effective operational strategies and management of capital projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in manpower planning and workflow management tasks • Oversee operational compliance with safety and environmental regulations • Lead the management of commissioning plans and processes • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement teams • Ensure a strong safety culture is maintained among all staff

Requirements: • 1st, 2nd or 3rd class Operating/Stationary/Power Engineer Certification required • Proven experience in process plant operations and commissioning • Possess a valid G driver's license
