Peridot Wellness is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic. We are looking for a motivated, growth-oriented practitioner who is excited to actively build their practice and integrate Pilates into a clinical rehabilitation setting.

About the Role

This role is ideal for a Physiotherapist who values both clinical excellence and an active, movement-based approach to care. You have an interest in (or certification in) Pilates and are excited by the opportunity to incorporate it into your treatment plans and contribute to the development of physiotherapy-led Pilates programming within the clinic.

You are confident in your ability to grow a full caseload, take initiative in your practice-building efforts, and foster long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and individualized care plans
- Integrate Pilates-based rehabilitation into patient programming where appropriate
- Proactively build and maintain a consistent, full patient load
- Foster solid patient relationships to support retention and long-term outcomes
- Collaborate with an integrated team (chiropractic, clinical Pilates instructors, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, etc.)
- Contribute to the development and growth of physio-led Pilates programming
- Take initiative in practice-building efforts (internal referrals, patient education,



rebooking strategies, etc.)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Professional liability insurance
- Pilates certification or strong interest in incorporating Pilates into clinical practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability—or strong desire—to build and retain a thriving practice
- Self-motivated, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Interest in working within a collaborative, wellness-focused clinic
