Join our agile wellness team as a Pilates Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals through engaging, effective, and safe Pilates classes. In this role, you will lead group and individual sessions, demonstrating expert knowledge of Pilates techniques to promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Duties

- Design and deliver engaging Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and correct form throughout each session
- Assess clients’ needs and progress, providing personalized modifications and guidance to maximize results
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitation protocols
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages participant engagement, motivation, and community building
- Track attendance and client progress,



providing feedback to support ongoing development
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education to enhance instructional skills

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching Pilates or related fitness disciplines with a strong understanding of movement principles
- Excellent communication skills to clearly instruct and motivate clients of all levels
- Ability to adapt exercises based on individual needs and limitations
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a welcoming class environment
- Knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and safety standards relevant to Pilates instruction
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness through movement
- Certification in Pilates instruction or equivalent qualification is highly preferred
