Position: Automotive Sales Representative

Pinoy Car Loans is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and goal-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Edmonton. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, networking, and closing deals.

A major part of this role will be connecting with and growing our presence within the Filipino community in Edmonton and surrounding areas. You will help customers find the right vehicle, guide them through the buying process, and build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in finding the right current or pre-owned vehicle for their needs and budget.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into appointments and sales.
- Negotiate and close vehicle deals while providing excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Network within the Filipino community in Edmonton to generate new leads, referrals, and business opportunities.
- Attend community events, gatherings, and networking opportunities to promote the business.
- Use Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, and other social media platforms to generate leads and promote vehicles.
- Ask for referrals and develop a robust personal customer network.




- Maintain consistent communication with previous customers for future purchases and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
- Work closely with management and the finance team to provide customers with a smooth buying experience.
