About The Role
We are looking for a Journeyperson Service Technician to join our team at Dilawri Mitsubishi . The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicated to quality of workmanship, diagnostics, and maintenance repair as per required standards.
- Reports all mechanical or safety related deficiencies not noted on the repair order.
- Accurately utilizes MPI for 100% for all repair orders. Perform recent vehicle PDI.
- Diagnose/repair, replace parts/components, perform service/maintenance to new and used vehicles as per manufacturer standards.
- Provides service advisors summary of additional maintenance or required work that need to be performed.
- Performs road tests to confirm repairs are completed satisfactorily.
- Accurately records the cause and correction on customer repair orders and completes the Technician portion on MPI and related inspection forms.
- Provides Service Advisors with accurate parts and labour estimates utilizing MPI.
- Maintains and follows manufacturer warranty policies and procedures.

About You
- 3rd year, 4th year, Journeyman and/or equivalent experience required.
- Requires a valid driver’s license with a clean- drivers abstract.
- Ability to carefully and safely drive both standard and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items and equipment such as tires, tools, and equipment.
- Focus on exceptional customer service.
