Amazon Ads seeks a Finance Manager to lead Canada Ads Sales Finance. This role is the primary financial partner to the Managing Director of Canada and sits on the Canada Ads Leadership team. Key Responsibilities Own short and long‑term revenue forecasts for Canada Ads. Partner closely with the Canada Ads Managing Director and leadership team. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Represent Amazon Ads Canada to internal stakeholder teams across Ads Finance, Stores Finance, FP&A, Legal, Accounting, and Tax. Optimize and prioritize investments based on deep understanding of the Canada Ads landscape across industry verticals, agency partners, and advertiser growth trajectories. Act as the leader of Canada Ads Sales Finance, interacting with diverse stakeholders across locales, functions, and levels. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles. 5+ years applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses. 5+ years building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making. 5+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business,



or equivalent quantitative role experience. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years identifying data issues, root causes, and implementing escalation plans. 6+ years delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations with proven business impact. MBA or CPA. Knowledge of SQL/ETL. Experience with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and financial systems (Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards). Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and interpreting results. Compensation & Benefits The base salary range is 80,900.00 – 135,200.00 CAD annually.
