This role focuses on ensuring the productive use of resources and promoting health and safety standards. A successful candidate will manage employees, enforce compliance, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily plant operations for safety and productivity
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Manage employee performance, training, and recognition
- Monitor production metrics and support continuous improvements
- Ensure adherence to quality management and ISO standards Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Word, and Outlook; D365 is a plus
- Previous customer interaction experience preferred
